SILVER MANAGER
A successful manager exemplifies and embraces the finer details of hospitality: demonstrating experience and a passion for culinary and beverage knowledge paired with an engaging and active presence. They are able to train and lead polished causal standards and having success hiring and developing associates. The manager has a proven track record of sales growth while managing costs and delivering profits.
HOURLY POSITIONS
SERVERS – You are the ultimate representation of our brand: You have experience working in polished casual restaurants and are passionate, articulate & knowledgeable about food & drinks.
FOOD RUNNER – Assists servers by running the proper food to the guests. Detailed food knowledge is required to help answer any guest inquiries.
FRONT DESK HOSPITALITY – You are the first point of contact for our Guests. Poised, articulate and confident you begin the Silver experience by setting our Guests and our team up for success.
